Quality is our top priority

For us, quality means: living up to your and your customer's expectations.

We do this by thinking with you about the best solution and then delivering both the delivery time and the agreed quality. We regularly ask our customers how they experience our quality, delivery time and communication, with the aim of continuously improving ourselves. We hear from our customers that we are a good and reliable partner. This was confirmed in 2020 with the achievement of the ISO 9001 certification to provide surface treatment, assembly and printing.

Final inspection and testing

When the products are coated with lacquer, they are randomly checked with a layer thickness gauge and a gloss meter. All parts finished with a high-gloss lacquer are checked 100%.
Test plates are regularly co-treated and tested in a laboratory. Among other things, they are tested for corrosion resistance, adhesion or wear resistance. The test results are recorded in a report, of which you can receive a copy.

Environment and sustainability

We also look further ahead than today or tomorrow. That is why we always try to lacquer your products in such a way that the environment is affected as little as possible.

The following points are addressed:

Powder recovery;
Separating waste for efficient and safe disposal;
Reusing packaging materials;
Varnishing with water-based lacquers;
Recovering heat.

Reducing waste therefore has our continuous attention. We also generate our electricity with over 400 solar panels.
