Automated varnishing

LFT has a line with a six-axis robot, suitable for deployment for larger volumes with some complexity. A special feature of this new line is that we use a ground conveyor instead of an overhead steel structure and rail. The big advantage of a ground conveyor is dust reduction. There is now nothing hanging above the products, allowing us to paint with virtually no dust, which is especially important for high-gloss paints.

With this line, we offer new opportunities for high-gloss series painting for automotive, medical and consumer products, among others.
