Technical coatings

Special lacquers

anti-friction (AF) coating is a suspension of solid lubricants and solvents. After an AF coating is applied to the metal surface, the solvent evaporates and the solid lubricants permanently adhere to the surface. The AF coating separates the metal parts, reducing friction and wear. A varnish, therefore, instead of oil or grease. AF coating is used for extreme operating conditions, such as very high temperatures or pressure loads.

electrically conductive coating prevents interference in and between electrical products. These lacquers are used to insulate parts against radiation and, in particular, can make plastic parts electrically conductive. Applications include consumer electrical products and medical equipment.

Special lacquers

Ceramic heat-resistant coatings are lacquers that are applied to metal parts that can get very hot up to 1100 degrees Celsius. These paints reduce the temperature of the part and also improve the appearance of the product. The lacquers are corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant, extending the life of a part. Ceramic paints are widely used on (car) exhausts, mufflers, manifolds and other engine parts.

Elastic coatings we apply to elastic plastics, rubber or leather-covered parts. The lacquer is highly elastic and durable. It can also be used well when subjected to high mechanical loads. Almost any colour is possible. Applications include coverings of public furniture and medical parts.
